This is a commercial project in Des Moines, WA with separate shop space and office space all warmed with radiant floor heating.

This is the boiler room for this commercial project. We are using a Buderus GA124/17 power vented boiler as the venting needed to run out the sidewall. Also featured is an Amtrol 41 gallon hot water maker for domestic hot water generation for the restrooms in the building.  

Here is a shot of the boiler piping featuring variable speed injection technology to mix the water temperature down for radiant floor application.
